- No. The site publishes episodes and general information — it runs no eligibility checker, triage, or enrollment tool. To get help, contact us and a real person will follow up.
- Do you collect my health information?
- Never. We don’t ask for or store health records, diagnoses, or medical documents — and when you contact us, we don’t ask for your ZIP code, age, income, household size, or coverage status. Your message and any topic checkboxes you select are not kept in our database. We store only your name, email, and the time we received your note, so we can follow up.
- Where do donations go?
- Into making the podcast, supporting the people who reach out, and outreach. See the donate page for the current breakdown; final figures are published in our annual report.
- Is my donation tax-deductible?
